Hazel Wightman is an Exercise Physiologist specializing in exercise and chronic disease as part of a multidisciplinary team approach to disease management.
Mission:
Provide access to an Exercise Physiologist for clientele who do not have those services available in their area.
To provide individualized exercise prescription to clientele diagnosed with a variety of diseases and disabilities.
Goals:
Preserve fitness, quality of life and independence in persons dealing with chronic diseases and disabilities.
Precautions:
All Clients must have current clearance to exercise from their physician(s) before consultation.
